Metals Identification

Spencer Trillo of member company Trillo Metals will lead this workshop at the Christchurch yard of Metalcorp NZ. This course is aimed at supervisors and managers and will discuss the newer, challenging materials coming through yards and how to recover them.

***You must make your own transport arrangements to Metalcorp at 615 Halswell Junction Road if attending this workshop and bring your own safety footwear.***   This course is limited to 15 people.

Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.  The nearest hotel to Riccarton Park is the Racecourse Hotel & Motor Lodge at 118 Racecourse Road, Sockburn and is walking distance to the conference venue. A superior studio unit with one double bed at this venue is $160 per night; a standard studio with two double beds is $140 per night.  Phone  03-342 7150 to book.  As this hotel is 3-star rated, we recognise that you may wish a higher standard of accommodation.  

The Sudima Hotel at Christchuch Airport is 4-star rated, for example, or you can consult TripAdvisor/Google to find accommodation that suits your travel plans and required standards.
