Secure Shopping

The Association sells a limited number of products to its member companies only. Convention and other event registrations may also be sold to members and non-members through our website.

We use sophisticated encryption technology to offer secure sales. This means that at the checkout, our servers and your PC encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping this information private.

Email Policy

Staff of member companies opt into communications when setting up their member profile. When you register your email address with us you go on a list to receive email announcements about Association events, industry news, and stolen metal reports. We do not disclose your email address to third parties.

Delivery Policy

Swing magnets and pen orders are sent via NZ Couriers; physical copies of Metal Matters magazine are sent via NZ Post regular delivery.

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect theposition at the exact moment you place an order.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that your magnets or pens do not function properly, returns and refunds will be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act. Goods must be returned in their original condition with a copy of the invoice.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Pricing Policy

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

This site and its content is made available for the purposes of supporting AMR member companies and the metal recycling industry, more generally.
